Scrapbooks must be presented to the Governor at least one week prior to the 4-L5 Convention. The President's Scrapbook is a year's history of your Lions Club. It should be interesting, informative and attractivea book that members are proud to offer as a rememberance and tribute to your Club President's leadership for the current year. Judging of the entries will be prior to the Food Fest at Convention. Awards will be presented for First Place and two Honorable Mention Winners. The contest will be judged by the visiting dignitaries at our District Convention.

Please Note: District 4-L5 rules are compatible with MD-4 rules and our First Place Winner will be competing in the MD-4 Contest. The First Place Winner will need to update the scrapbook from March 31 through June 30, and deliver it to the District Governor by July 20 to be taken to the August Council of Governor's Meeting to be entered in the MD-4 Contest.
